We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess the work, prepare quotations and manage work you accept. The form does not ask for marketing consent.
Who processes it
Necessary service providers, including website hosting, private photo storage and email providers, process information on our behalf to operate the enquiry service. We do not publish customer photographs through the website.
How long we keep it
Raw photographs uploaded with unsuccessful or unconverted website enquiries are normally removed after 12 months. Information connected to accepted work may be retained longer where needed for operations, accounting, legal obligations or insurance. The private photo bucket has a 365-day automatic deletion rule for website enquiry uploads.
