A closer look at the work.

Replace the failed component where possible
Modern gutter joints often leak because a rubber seal has perished or moved, a union has failed or a fitting has deteriorated. Where compatible metric parts are available, our preferred approach is to replace the failed seal, union, outlet or bend properly. We also check support and alignment so a new fitting is not left under the same strain.
When a limited repair makes sense
Older imperial or obsolete profiles cannot always be matched. A limited sealant repair may be appropriate where parts are unavailable or replacing a larger section would be disproportionate. We explain the options and the limitations before you choose how to proceed. Sealant is a fallback, rather than our starting point for a failed modern fitting.
Clear expectations for completed work
The scope of the repair and applicable workmanship guarantee conditions will be explained with your quotation. If an authorised repair does not perform as intended within those conditions, contact us so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate return visit.
